Jayden

Hello All:

     My name is Jayden Layne Cook and I was born on 1/1/14 much to the surprise to my mommy and daddy. They were wanting to get to 1/15/14, but I had other plans!!!!

     I was born at 2:49 a.m. weighing in at a grand total of 3 pounds and 13 ounces and I was 17 inches long. I got to spend the first two weeks of life in the NICU at Texas Children's Hospital. I am a strong and very stubborn little girl, any test they wanted to throw at me I passed it with flying colors :)!!! The only thing that made me really mad was they put me under the blue light to keep me from getting jaundice. I really let them know how I felt about that cause my mommy and daddy couldn't hold me. 

     I have been home now for a month and I am liking home a whole lot better than at the hospital. 

Anyways, I hope that you keep following my progress. I am sure to entertain you with the silly things that I do.
